How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are shipped using Australia Post Postal Services unless otherwise specified. Orders are typically shipped out within 2-9 business days, Monday to Friday. This is not including shipping times by Australia Post. All is dependant on if you have items that need to be custom made, when payment is recieved or other cirucmstances like illness or emergancies.. Custom Orders take longer depending on current custom order list.

PARCEL CARE & RESPONSIBILITY

We take extreme care when packing all of our products for you; using protective upcycled bubble wrap, tissue paper, biodegradable packing peanuts etc. We pack each parcel with care to ensure that your parcel will arrive safely and without damage to your specified postal address. 

Fairytale Oasis Au or it’s staff members and related entities are not liable for any damage caused to your items during transit. All items are carefully inspected and all perfectly fine in condition when prepared for postage. Once posted, your parcel is in the hands and liability of Australia Post (or specified courier). We will accommodate as much as possible with any damage that may be caused to your items on route to your designated postal address by contacting Australia Post or the specified courier to help you resolve the issue. External defects such as bumps on postage/parcel boxes are beyond the control of Fairytale Oasis Au and evident of natural situations that occur from parcel delivery.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do offer International Shipping to many countries all around the world.

International shipments are based on weight of total order (including packaging materials etc.) and is displayed at the checkout for selection by the customer accordingly.

What is your return policy? 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.

EXCHANGES

• Our exchange policy lasts 7 days.

• Exchanges will only be granted in situations granted by Fairytale Oasis Au where the item received is not as described. 

• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in original packaging.

• Fairytale Oasis Au will not accept exchanges if the order is returned damaged or broken. 

• Fairytale Oasis Au is not responsible for the shipping charges you will incur.

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES

• If you are returning your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving it so that we have knowledge of the incoming return. Please email fairytaleoasisau@gmail.com with subject- “Returns”.

• All orders must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.

• For items or crystals that qualify for a refund; that refund will be issued 1-3 days after we inspect the returned crystals or items.

• Refunds will be returned through the type of payment method in which you made the purchase.

RETURNS SHIPPING

• We recommend that you use Australia Post, with tracking and signature on delivery to ensure the order is returned.

• You (the customer) are fully liable for the shipping costs.

• Please ensure your package is returned with the same fragile tape, bubble wrap and any other gifts you may or may not have received.
